Shipping policy

All orders are made to order.

Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Shipping time is separate and depends on the carrier.

We are not responsible for shipping delays once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Once a package is marked as delivered, Seanah’s Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
